- sugar
- eggs - 4 item
- water - 3/4 c
- oil - 3/4 c
- stick butter - 2/3 item
- Karo syrup - 2 tsp
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- can coconut - 1 1/2
- coconut flavoring - 3 tsp
- box instant coconut pudding - 1 item
How to make coconut pound cake:
Syrup:1 1/2 c. sugar2 tsp. Karo syrup2/3 stick butter1/2 c. water1 1/2 tsp. coconut flavoring Bake cake for 1 hour in a Bundt pan.Syrup: Cook slowly 5 to 6 minutes. Poke holes in cake and pour syrup over cake while still in pan. Let cool thoroughly before removing.
