  • flour - 2 c
  • coconut - 1 c
  • oil - 1 c
  • white sugar - 3/4 c
  • coconut flavoring - 1 tsp
  • Glaze:1 stick butter

How to make coconut pound cake:

Glaze:1 stick butter3/4 c. white sugar1 tsp. coconut flavoring Mix all ingredients together and bake in a tube or Bundt pan at 350° for 1 hour. Mix glaze, bring to a boil and pour over cake.
