- sugar - 3 c
- eggs - 6 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 1/2 pt
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- soda - 1/4 tsp
- plain flour - 3 c
- lemon extract - 1 tsp
- frozen coconut - 1 pkg
- sticks oleo or butter - 3 item
How to make coconut pound cake:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time and beat well. Sift flour and salt. Add to creamed mixture along with sour cream, vanilla and lemon flavorings. Fold in coconut. Bake at 325° for 1 hour and 20 minutes in tube pan.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Lunch/snacks.
