Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- milk - 1 c
- flour - 3 c
- egg yolks - 6 item
- coconut
- almond extract - 1/2 tsp
- egg whites - 6 item
- sticks butter or margarine, softened - 3 item
How to make coconut pound cake:
Beat butter, egg yolks, almond extract, coconut and sugar. Alternately add flour and milk. Beat egg whites until stiff. Gently fold in. Bake in Bundt pan at 350° until done when tested.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Lunch/snacks.
