Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 2 c
- nutmeg - 1 item
- Bisquick - 1/2 c
- stick oleo - 1/2 item
- small can coconut - 1 item
How to make coconut pie:
Pour everything into blender and turn on high speed. When completely blended, pour into 9-inch ungreased pie plate. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Add coconut on top. Bake in a 350° oven for 50 to 55 minutes; bake at 450° for last 10 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
