Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- canned milk - 1/2 c
- stick butter or margarine - 1/2 item
- frozen coconut, thawed - 6 oz
How to make coconut pie:
Mix coconut and milk. Set aside. Mix eggs and sugar. Add melted butter and mix well. Add coconut and milk mixture. Add vanilla and mix well. Use deep dish for pie crust. Pour mixture into pie crust and bake at 350° until firm.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
