Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- stick margarine - 1 item
- buttermilk - 1/4 c
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- Angel Flake coconut - 1 c
- small pie crusts - 2 item
How to make coconut pie:
Melt margarine; mix with sugar and beaten eggs. Add coconut and buttermilk. Mix well and pour into unbaked pie shells. Bake in 350° oven until firm, about 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
