- sugar
- flour - 1/2 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- eggs, separated - 4 item
- water - 2 c
- coconut - 1 c
- baked pie shell - 1 item
How to make coconut pie:
Mix flour and sugar. Mix egg yolks and water. Combine with flour and sugar. Add margarine. Cook until thick. Add coconut. Pour into a pie shell. Add meringue and brown real good.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
