Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 3/4 c
- stick margarine - 1/3 item
- coconut - 1/3 lb
- dash of salt - 1 item
How to make coconut pie:
Beat eggs and sugar. Add other ingredients; mix well. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes, or until brown.(Double recipe will make 3 pies.)
