Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- self-rising flour - 1/4 c
- stick melted margarine - 1/4 item
- can Angel Flake coconut - 4 oz
How to make coconut pie:
Mix flour and sugar; moisten with a little of the milk. Add melted margarine, eggs, remainder of milk, vanilla and coconut. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes or until light brown. Makes 1 (9-inch) pie.
