Ingredients/Components
- can Angel Flake coconut - 7 oz
- milk - 1 c
- sugar - 2 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- eggs - 6 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
How to make coconut pie:
Pour milk over coconut and let soak for a few minutes. Add sugar, margarine and eggs one at a time. Add vanilla; mix well. Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells. Bake at 325° for 40 to 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
