  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • evaporated milk - 1 c
  • coconut
  • margarine - 1/2 c
  • slightly beaten egg yolks - 3 item

How to make coconut-pecan frosting:

Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened, about 12 minutes. Add 1 1/3 cups coconut and nuts. Cool until thick enough to spread. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
