Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- evaporated milk - 1 c
- coconut
- margarine - 1/2 c
- slightly beaten egg yolks - 3 item
How to make coconut-pecan frosting:
Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened, about 12 minutes. Add 1 1/3 cups coconut and nuts. Cool until thick enough to spread. Makes 2 1/2 cups.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Cake fillings and frostings.
