Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- flaked coconut - 1/2 c
- dash of salt - 1 item
- butter or margarine, softened - 1/2 c
- pecans - 1/2 c
How to make coconut-pecan frosting:
Beat cream cheese and butter until light and fluffy. Gradually add sugar, beating until smooth. Add vanilla and salt; beat until thoroughly blended. Stir in coconut and pecans. Yield: Enough for one 3 layer cake.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Cake fillings and frostings.
