- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- shredded coconut - 1 c
- corn syrup - 1/2 c
- corn flakes - 3 c
How to make coconut macaroons:
Combine first 5 ingredients; add salt and place small mounds the size of a garlic head on buttered baking dish. Bake in a very moderate oven (300°) for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Hand Formed cookies.
