  • sugar - 1 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • vanilla flavoring - 1 tsp
  • shredded coconut
  • egg whites - 2 item
  • corn flakes

How to make coconut macaroons:

Beat egg whites. Gradually beat in sugar. Fold in remaining ingredients. Drop 3-inches apart onto well-greased cookie sheet. Bake at 325° for 12 minutes or until light brown. Yields 2 1/2 dozen.
