- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- coconut - 1 c
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- dash of salt - 1 item
How to make coconut custard pie:
Cream together butter, sugar and salt. Add eggs, one at a time; beat well. Add milk, vanilla and coconut. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
