Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- eggs - 5 item
- coconut - 1 c
- buttermilk - 3/4 c
- stick melted margarine - 1 item
How to make coconut custard:
Cream sugar and eggs. Add buttermilk. Add margarine. Put 1/2 of coconut in bottom of each pie crust. Pour batter over coconut and bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. Makes 2 pies.Recipe categories: Desserts, Puddings and mousses, Coconut.
