Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2/3 c
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- milk
- flour - 7 Tbsp
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- egg yolks - 3 item
- coconut - 1 c
- dash of salt - 1 item
- Cool Whip - 1 item
- baked 10-inch pie shell - 1 item
How to make coconut cream pie:
Combine first 5 ingredients in double boiler. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla, butter and 3/4 cup coconut. Pour into cooled pie shell and cool. Top with Cool Whip and remaining coconut.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
