Coconut cream pie

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 8 Tbsp
• milk - 3 c
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour
• cornstarch
• egg yolks - 3 item
• coconut - 1 c
• pie crust, baked - 1 item

How to make coconut cream pie:

Mix together all ingredients, except coconut, and microwave until good and thick. Pour into baked pie crust. Beat three egg whites and 1 tablespoon sugar until peaks form. Place on top of pie and sprinkle with coconut. Brown under broiler.
