Ingredients/Components
- cuppa sugah - 1/2 item
- coconut - 1 c
- aigs, separated - 2 item
- vanillah merrang - 1/2 tsp
- cuppa flour - 1/3 item
- milk - 2 c
- sugah - 4 Tbsp
- vanillah fillin - 1 tsp
How to make coconut cream pie:
Mix the flour 'n sugah together...add milk to which the beaten aig yolks hav bin put...place over boilin' watah, stirrin' til mixture begins to thicken...then kiver 'n cook til well thickened. Add coconut 'n pore in a baked pie shell.Beat the aig whites gradually addin' 4 tablespoons sugah til stiff glossy peaks form...fold in vanillah...spread on pie 'n brown in 350° oven.
