  • Ritz crackers - 60 item
  • tub Cool Whip - 1 (8
  • softened vanilla ice cream - 1 qt
  • coconut pudding instant - 2 pkg

How to make coconut cream dessert:

Crush crackers until fine. Melt margarine and mix with crackers. Press in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix the pudding with the milk. Add the softened ice cream and Cool Whip. Spread over the crackers. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
