Coconut cream dessert



  • sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • confectioners sugar - 1 c
  • cold milk - 3 c
  • finely chopped nuts optional - 1 item
  • Let cool
  • sticks margarine, softened - 2 item
  • Cool Whip save remainder of 8 oz - 1 c
  • Pudding Layer:2 4 oz

How to make coconut cream dessert:

Mix with fork and press into a 9 x 13-inch pan; bake for approximately 25 minutes at 350°. Let cool.Cream Cheese Layer:8 oz. cream cheese1 c. confectioners sugar1 c. Cool Whip (save remainder of 8 oz. carton for topping) Cream together and spread on crust.Pudding Layer:2 (4 oz.) pkg. instant pudding3 c. cold milk Beat until thick. Spread on cream cheese layer. Cool until firm, then spread remainder of Cool Whip on top. Garnish with coconut or finely chopped nuts.

Note: Other flavors instant pudding may be substituted for coconut cream (i.e., lemon, chocolate, etc.).
