How to make coconut cake:
Mix sour cream, sugar and coconut together. Spread 1/2 cup of mixture between cake layers that have been cut with a string to make 4 layers. Mix other 1/2 of mixture with the Cool Whip and spread over cake. Keep in refrigerator for 3 days before eating.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Egg.
