  • yellow cake mix* - 1 item
  • can Eagle Brand milk - 1 item
  • medium container Cool Whip - 1 item
  • coconut - 1 item

How to make coconut cake:

*Follow recipe on box, except use 1 extra egg and use milk instead of water.

Bake in a 13 x 9-inch pan. Remove from oven; poke holes in cake with handle of wooden spoon (all over top). While hot, pour the Eagle Brand milk over the entire cake and spread. Let cool completely. Spread the Cool Whip over entire cake; sprinkle top with coconut. (Can omit coconut if want).
