  • sugar - 3 c
  • eggs - 6 item
  • vanilla - 3 Tbsp
  • milk - 2 c
  • butter - 1 c
  • boxes confectioners sugar - 2 item
  • bag coconut - 1 item
  • presifted flour - 4 c
  • Slowly add flour

How to make coconut cake:

In large bowl, blend eggs, sugar, vanilla, butter and milk. Slowly add flour. Mix 20 minutes until batter is smooth. Flour 3 round cake pans. Pour batter in pans and place in preheated oven. Bake 30 minutes. Let cool.Frosting: butter vanilla3 Tbsp. milk2 boxes confectioners sugar1 bag coconut Blend butter, vanilla and milk. Stir in confectioners sugar until smooth and spreadable. Spread on cake. Gently sprinkle on coconut.
