- buttah - 1/2 lb
- sugah - 2 c
- flour - 3 c
- Battar:1 cuppa sifted flour
- aig yolks the yellow part - 8 item
- uv sugah - 3 c
- grated coconut - 1 item
- cuppa watah or coconut milk - 1 item
How to make coconut cake:
Kream sugah 'n buttah...add beat up aig yolks...mix gud...sift flour'n bakin' powder...now add flour mixture 'n milk alternately to sugar mixture...mix 'n pore in 3 pans...bake at 350° until done...'bout 30 minutes.Fillin:8 aig whites3 c. uv sugah1 grated coconut1 cuppa watah or coconut milk Whip up on the aig whites til stiff...add 8 tablespoons sugah 'n whip til mixed gud. Cook sugah 'n all liquid til hit spins frum a spoon...then gradjully add in the grated coconut.Spread layer uv fillin' on the cake plate (that's rite!)...add layer uv cake...spread fillin' on another layer 'n so on. Eat all at wunst or cut in slices 'r sections 'n freeze wrapped.
