Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- chopped nuts - 2 c
- confectioners sugar - 2 lb
- flaked coconut - 2 c
- can Eagle Brand milk - 1 item
- stick melted butter or margarine - 1 item
- cake paraffin - 1 item
How to make coconut bonbons:
Combine all ingredients, except chocolate bits and paraffin; mix thoroughly. Let set in refrigerator approximately 30 minutes; then roll into balls. Melt chocolate bits and paraffin slowly in a double boiler. Dip balls in chocolate mixture and place on waxed paper to cool.Recipe categories: Desserts, Candy, Cheese.
