Coconut bonbons



  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • chopped nuts - 2 c
  • confectioners sugar - 2 lb
  • flaked coconut - 2 c
  • can Eagle Brand milk - 1 item
  • stick melted butter or margarine - 1 item
  • cake paraffin - 1 item

How to make coconut bonbons:

Combine all ingredients, except chocolate bits and paraffin; mix thoroughly. Let set in refrigerator approximately 30 minutes; then roll into balls. Melt chocolate bits and paraffin slowly in a double boiler. Dip balls in chocolate mixture and place on waxed paper to cool.
