Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- shredded coconut - 2 c
- miniature marshmallows - 2 c
- maraschino cherries - 1 c
- can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 oz
- whipped topping
- can mandarin oranges, drained - 1 oz
How to make coconut ambrosia salad:
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients EXCEPT CHERRIES. Mix well and chill at least 1 hour before serving. Garnish with the cherries.Recipe categories: Desserts, Fruit, Coconut.
