Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/4 c
• milk - 1 c
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• cocoa - 1/4 c
• shortening - 3 Tbsp
• all-purpose flour - 3 3
• warm water - 1/2 c
• yeast - 1 pkg

How to make cocoa bread:

Mix the cocoa, sugar and salt. Add the milk, which has been scalded, and the shortening. Let stand until lukewarm and then add the yeast, which has been softened in the warm water. Add enough flour to make a dough which can be handled; knead until smoo
