Ingredients/Components
- butter or margarine - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- prepared mustard - 1 tsp
- dash of hot pepper sauce - 1 item
- fine bread crumbs - 2 Tbsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- finely chopped onions - 1/2 c
- finely chopped green pepper - 1/3 c
How to make cocktail meatballs:
Mix thoroughly the beef, egg, bread crumbs and salt. Shape into small 1/2-inch meatballs. Arrange in shallow baking pan. Broil 4-inches from heat until browned. Turn once. Pour off fat. Meanwhile, in saucepan, cook onions and green pepper in butteRecipe categories: Appetizers, Ground beef, Beef.
