  • milk - 1/4 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped fresh parsley - 1 tsp
  • small onion, chopped fine - 1 item
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • bottle chili sauce - 1 oz
  • jar grape jelly - 1 oz
  • dry breadcrumbs - 1/2 c

How to make cocktail meatballs:

Prepare meatballs with first 9 ingredients (except add parsley before mixing); then shape into 1-inch balls. Cook meatballs in a 12-inch skillet over medium heat about 15 minutes, turning occasionally until brown.

Heat chili sauce and jelly in pan, stirring constantly until jelly is melted. Add meatballs; stir until coated. Simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes. Serve hot with wooden picks. Makes about 5 dozen. Contains 40 calories per meatball.
