Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 item
- ground beef - 2 lb
- dried bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- bottle chili sauce - 1 oz
- bottle grape jelly - 1 oz
How to make cocktail meatballs:
Combine first 7 ingredients and shape into small balls. Brown balls in skillet. Combine chili sauce, jelly and lemon juice. Bring to a boil. Add meatballs and simmer to heat through.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Ground beef, Beef.
