Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- corn flakes - 1 c
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- catsup - 1/3 c
- minced onion - 2 Tbsp
- dried parsley - 1/2 c
- can cranberry sauce - 1 lb
- bottle chili sauce - 1 oz
- ground beef raw - 2 lb
How to make cocktail meatballs:
Combine ground beef, corn flakes, parsley, eggs, soy sauce, pepper, garlic powder, catsup and onion. Mix well. Form small balls and put in pan larger than 9 x 13-inch.In saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, chili sauce, brown sugar and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat until smooth. (I do this while making the meatballs.) Pour mixture over meatballs and bake at 350° for 30 minutes, uncovered. Makes a large serving for parties. Can be made ahead. Freezes well.
