Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1 tsp
  • brown sugar - 2 tsp
  • beaten egg - 1 item
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1/2 item
  • soy sauce - 1 tsp
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • bread crumbs - 1/2 c
  • chopped parsley - 1 tsp
  • bottle chili sauce - 1 oz
  • jar grape jelly - 1 oz

How to make cocktail meatballs:

Combine first 8 ingredients and form into walnut-sized balls.

In saucepan, stir chili sauce, grape jelly, lemon juice, brown sugar and soy sauce. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Add meatballs to sauce. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Serve warm from chafing dish or fondue pot.
