Cocktail meatballs
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 2 tsp
- beaten egg - 1 item
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 item
- soy sauce - 1 tsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- chopped parsley - 1 tsp
- bottle chili sauce - 1 oz
- jar grape jelly - 1 oz
How to make cocktail meatballs:
Combine first 8 ingredients and form into walnut-sized balls.In saucepan, stir chili sauce, grape jelly, lemon juice, brown sugar and soy sauce. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Add meatballs to sauce. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Serve warm from chafing dish or fondue pot.
