Ingredients/Components
- fine dry bread crumbs - 3/4 c
- ground chuck
- eggs - 2 item
- tomato juice - 3/4 c
- minced onion - 2 Tbsp
- garlic powder - 1/8 tsp
- salt
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- catsup - 1 c
- red wine - 1/2 c
- prepared mustard - 4 tsp
How to make cocktail meatballs:
Mix bread crumbs, ground chuck, eggs, tomato juice, onion, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Roll into balls. Brown in oil and place on cookie sheet. Freeze. Then wrap in foil and keep frozen until ready to use.Mix catsup, red wine and mustard. Simmer meatballs in mixture until heated through.
