vanilla - 1 tsp
chopped pecans - 3/4 c
pkg - 1 oz
stick margarine - 1 item
coconut - 1/2 c
oil - 1/2 c
Coca-Cola - 10 oz
powdered sugar
yellow cake mix - 1 item
vanilla instant pudding - 1 pkg

How to make coca-cola cake:

Frosting:1 lb. powdered sugar1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 stick margarine1 tsp. vanilla1 c. coconut1 c. chopped pecans Preheat oven to 350°. Mix cake mix, pudding, eggs and oil. Slowly add Coke and mix for 4 minutes. Stir in coconut and pecans. Pour in 2 (8-inch) greased cake pans. Bake 35 to 40 minutes. Watch closely for last 5 minutes of baking.

Frosting: In large bowl add powdered sugar, softened cream cheese, softened margarine and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Stir in coconut and pecans. Spread on cooled cake.
