Coca-cola cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• soda - 1 tsp
• cocoa - 3 Tbsp
• sticks margarine - 2 item
• Coca-Cola - 1 c
• buttermilk - 1/2 c
• dash of salt - 1 item
• box confectioners sugar - 1 item
• miniature marshmallows - 2 c
• Heat to boiling margarine, cocoa and Coca-Cola

How to make coca-cola cake:

Combine sugar, flour, soda and salt; set aside. Heat to boiling margarine, cocoa and Coca-Cola. Stir constantly. Pour this mixture over the dry ingredients and beat well. Add buttermilk, vanilla and eggs; mix well. Add marshmallows. Batter will be thin and marshmallows will float on top. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch ungreased pan and bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350°. Check with a toothpick. Cool for 20 minutes before frosting.Frosting:1 stick margarine3 Tbsp. cocoa6 Tbsp. Coca-Cola1 box confectioners sugar Heat margarine, cocoa and cola to boiling. Pour over confectioners sugar. Beat well with the mixer. Pour over the cake and spread evenly. Refrigerate until just before serving.
