  • sugar - 2 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • cocoa
  • Coca-Cola - 1 c
  • buttermilk - 1 c
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • sticks butter - 2 item
  • box powdered sugar - 1 item
  • Coke - 6 Tbsp
  • marshmallows miniature
  • Heat butter, cocoa and Coke to boiling

How to make coca-cola cake:

Combine flour and sugar in bowl. Heat butter, cocoa and Coke to boiling. Stir in flour mixture; add buttermilk, eggs, soda and marshmallows. Beat by hand. NO mixer. This will be a thin batter with marshmallows floating on top. Bake in large pan or 3 layers, if desired, 20 to 30 minutes at 350°.

Icing optional or Coca-Cola icing.Coca-Cola Icing:1 stick butter3 Tbsp. cocoa6 Tbsp. Coke1 box powdered sugar Bring butter, cocoa and Coke to a boil. Add powdered sugar, beat well. Add pecans or walnuts, if desired. Spread at once.
