  • butter - 1/2 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • cocoa - 3 tsp
  • buttermilk - 1/2 c
  • beaten eggs - 2 item
  • sticks butter - 2 item
  • box powdered sugar - 1 item
  • mini marshmallows
  • Coke - 1 c
  • Heat butter, Coke, cocoa and marshmallows to a boil

How to make coca-cola cake:

Combine flour and sugar. Heat butter, Coke, cocoa and marshmallows to a boil. Pour over sugar and flour mixture; mix well. Add buttermilk, eggs, soda and vanilla; beat well. Pour in greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350°. Ice while hot.Icing:1 c. chopped pecans3 tsp. cocoa1 box powdered sugar1/2 c. butter6 Tbsp. Coke Combine butter, cocoa and Coke. Bring to a boil. Pour over powdered sugar; beat well and add nuts. Spread on cake.
