- soda crackers, crushed fine - 1 pkg
- to 6 beaten eggs - 4 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item

How to make clam fritters:
Heat oil to 375°. Mix all ingredients until thick and stays on spoon. Pat batter into pan to form patty. Brown on each side. Serve hot. Good leftover and in sandwiches.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Clams.
