Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- parsley flakes - 2 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- large onion, diced - 1 item
- potatoes, diced - 4 5
- chowder clams, chopped - 12 item
How to make clam chowder:
Cook potatoes, diced onion, salt and pepper until almost done. Add chopped clams. Cook 15 minutes. Heat milk and butter. Add parsley flakes. Add to mixture and remove from heat.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Chowders, Clams.
