Ingredients/Components
- baking potatoes, cubed - 5 lb
- cans clams, drain save juice - 3 item
- cans cream of mushroom soup - 4 item
- celery - 1/2 c
- onion - 1/2 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- milk - 1 item
How to make clam chowder:
Place clams and juice in pan. Add potatoes and onions. Salt and pepper. Cook until tender. Add soup and butter. Return to heat; stir until soup is smooth. Add milk to desired consistency.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Chowders, Clams.
