Ingredients/Components
- milk - 4 c
- butter - 2 3
- bottle clam juice - 1 item
- cans minced clams - 2 to
- medium cream - 2 c
- can whole clams - 1 oz
- to 2 large onions, chopped - 1 item
- large, raw potatoes, pared and diced - 2 item
How to make clam chowder:
Saute onions in butter until transparent. Add clam juice from bottle and from cans of clams. Add potatoes and cook until potatoes are tender. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
