Clam cakes


Ingredients/Components
- stick butter - 1 item
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- stalks celery, chopped - 2 item
- onions, chopped finely - 3 item
- minced clams - 3 c
- Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
- hot water or clam juice - 1 c
- hot crushed red pepper - 1/2 3/4
How to make clam cakes:
Lightly brown onions and celery in butter. Add clams to egg, stuffing and water or clam juice. Add onion and celery mixture and pepper. Mix well. Drop by tablespoons on a greased cookie sheet and bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 375°.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Main dish, Clams.
