Ingredients/Components
- stems celery, cut - 2 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- parsley - 1 item
- celery seed - 1 item
- eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
- red pepper - 1/4 tsp
- minced clams - 5 c
- onions - 2 item
- Old Bay - 1 Tbsp
- to 3 sticks oleo - 2 item
- filling cubes - 2 pkg
How to make clam balls:
Saute onions and celery in oleo. Mix filling cubes, eggs, clams, red pepper, salt and pepper, celery seed, Old Bay and parsley. Shape into balls. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Cover last 15 minutes.Recipe categories: For large groups, < 15 mins, Appetizers.
