Ingredients/Components
- salt
- oil - 1 item
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- bread crumbs - 1 item
- fresh parsley - 1 item
- fresh basil - 1 item
- cup oil - 1/4 item
- cup wine - 1/4 item
- cubed pork - 1 lb
- cubed veal - 1 lb
- clove of minced garlic - 1 item
- Let stand about 2 hours
How to make city chicken:
Marinade:1 tsp. salt1 tsp. pepper fresh parsley fresh basil1 clove of minced garlic1 tsp. lemon juice1/4 cup oil1/4 cup wine Mix all of the above together and marinate meat. Let stand about 2 hours. Spear meat on stick, alternating one piece of pork and one piece of veal, until you have 4 - 6 pieces on each stick.Breading:2 eggs, beaten bread crumbs oil Dip each stick in beaten egg and then roll in bread crumbs.
