  • milk

  • ground cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • raisins, optional - 1/3 C
  • Combine sugar, cinnamon, and raisins if desired; sprinkle over butter

  • vanilla extract - 1 tsp

In a bowl, combine biscuit mix and milk. Turn onto a floured surface; knead 8 - 10 times. Roll the dough into a 12 inch x 10 inch rectangle.Filling:2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened1/4 C. sugar1 tsp. ground cinnamon1/3 C. raisins, optional Spread the dough with butter. Combine sugar, cinnamon, and raisins if desired; sprinkle over butter. Roll up from long side; pinch seam to seal. Cut into 12 slices; place with cut side down on large greased baking sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.Icing:2 C. confectioners' sugar2 Tbsp. milk2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted1 tsp. vanilla extract Combine the icing ingredients; spread over warm rolls. Serve warm. Yield 1 dozen.
