Cinnamon ice cream
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 2 c
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- whipping cream - 2 c
- sticks cinnamon, broken in thirds* - 6 item
How to make cinnamon ice cream:
Combine milk, eggs, sugar and cinnamon in large saucepan for 15 minutes; remove from heat. Stir in cream and extract. Chill for at least 3 hours. Remove cinnamon sticks. Freeze in ice cream freezer.*One teaspoon cinnamon may be substituted.
