Cinnamon cookies

Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• cinnamon - 2 Tbsp
• flour
• soda - 2 tsp
• eggs, beaten - 2 item
• shortening - 1 c
• cream of tartar - 2 tsp

How to make cinnamon cookies:

Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs. Mix flour, soda and cream of tartar well. Add to egg mixture. Mix well. Roll out in 1-inch balls. Roll balls in the sugar-cinnamon mixture. Bake at 400° for 8 minutes.
