- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 3 Tbsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- chopped walnuts - 1 c
- Wesson oil - 1/2 c
- Duncan Hines yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
- 4 oz
How to make cinnamon coffee cake:
In large bowl of mixer pour cake mix, pudding mix, sour cream, oil and eggs. Mix for 10 minutes on high speed. In a separate bowl combine sugar, cinnamon and chopped nuts. Spray a Bundt pan with non-stick spray. Sprinkle in 1/3 of the cinnamon mixture, top with 1/2 the cake mixture, another 1/3 cinnamon mixture, the rest of cake mixture, then the remaining 1/3 cinnamon mixture. Take a knife and swirl through the batter layers. Bake at 350° for 55-60 minutes.
